Creates the organization, store shell and credential row a custom app install needs. Preview first, then apply.
Must end in .myshopify.com. The install route validates that suffix.
Names the new organization.
One per line. The first owns the organization as super_admin, the rest become admin. Every account must already exist.
Lowercase with underscores. Derived from the company name when left empty.

Stored on the credential row so the install can verify Shopify's signature. Never put it in the app repository.
Leave empty unless the store genuinely belongs to an organization that already exists.
